I have come to the conclusion that the simultaneous use of a RPi4 as WiFi Access Point and Hotspot is too unstable to use. The attempt at the Hotspot has been abandoned.
The battery bank has been wired in parallel with system connections at the closest battery. This creates an unbalanced load on the bank. ...
